Kasnocken (for 3 servings)
300 g dried white bread
200 ml milk
250 g cheese
1 onion
flour
3 eggs
parsley
chives
salt
butter
- Chop the white bread into small cubes and pour the milk over it
- Cut the cheese into small cubes and add it with the eggs, some flour, chives, parsley and salt to the bread
- Fry the onion in butter and add it to the bread
- Mix well
- Form the "Kasnocken" and cook them for 15-20 minutes in salted water
- Serve with melted butter and grated parmesan
